1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Canine Wellness Centre Inc. governing your use of www.caninewellness.com and all related services. By using our Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and over.

2. Our Services

Our Services include canine rehabilitation therapy, in-person and virtual consultations, online courses, guides, and related products. They are designed to support dogs recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our Services are not a substitute for veterinary care — we do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. Individual results may vary.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our courses is owned by or licensed to Canine Wellness Centre Inc. and is protected by copyright law. Content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires our express written permission — contact [email protected].

4. User Representations

By using our Services you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current, you are at least 18 years of age, and you will not use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

5. User Registration

Some Services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Products & Services

All services are subject to availability. Online courses and virtual consultations are educational and do not replace professional assessment. Virtual consultations are billed in USD. Our recommended products page contains affiliate links — we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely believe in.

7. Purchases & Payment

In-person services are billed in CAD. Online services are billed in USD. We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer for in-person services. Online payments are processed securely. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final except where required by applicable law. Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full fee. Rescheduling is at our discretion. Once course access is granted, no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances.

9. Appointment Policies

In-person appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full fee. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. All clients must complete our Informed Consent Form before their first appointment. We provide receipts for pet insurance claims — check coverage with your provider in advance.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Extracting or reproducing our content commercially without written permission
• Circumventing any security feature of our website or platform
• Impersonating another user or Canine Wellness Centre staff member
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Using our Services in any way that could damage our reputation or business

11. Reviews & Feedback

Reviews must be based on firsthand experience and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or false content. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove reviews. By submitting a review, you grant us a licence to reproduce and display it in our marketing.

12. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by it.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services. We reserve the right to deny access to any person at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content is educational only — always consult your veterinarian before making changes to your dog's care.

15. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canine Wellness Centre Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Wellness Centre Inc. and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Canine Wellness Centre Inc. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
